This spinner applicator is designed for applying either polylam, polytin or tin capsules onto bottles. A rolling pin with bands applies pressure to capsules onto the bottles.

A perfect spin is a result of a capsule that is sized perfectly for a specific bottle as well as a properly set spinning device.

The rolling bands are adjustable for more or less pressure applied.
