All on line orders will be shipped from either our Erin, Ontario or Kelowna, British Columbia location. We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items ordered are out-of-stock. 

Order ships Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays. Please allow one business day to process your order. We reserve the right to use other carriers should a strike occur. 

Please note that we do not deliver to a PO box.
