RETURN POLICY
We offer a credit on account for products returned if the following guidelines are met:
- The products are returned within 30 days from invoice date.
- The products are in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Items cannot be used or altered in any way.
- Please call Customer Service at 1-855-857-1511 for a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the goods to us.
- Client is responsible for the return freight expense regardless of warranty policies.
Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A credit will be issued once goods have been received by AOW.
Special order or clearance items cannot be returned for credit.
We cannot accept returns of opened enology or sealed bag packages.
Note: if you have received goods in error, the above conditions do not apply. Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for accuracy and good condition.
