Pleated foil capsules are made in aluminum foil of a 20 micron gauge. These capsules are mainly used for the decoration and hygienic protection of beer bottles, but have also found application in other beverage sectors.

The capsule interior is coated with glue to ensure better adhesion to the bottle neck. They are supplied in stacks in which each single capsule is evenly separated from the next to ensure perfect automatic distribution.

The diameters are ranging from 29 to 33 mm and the height can vary from 35 to 55 mm.

These capsules are applied by hand.
